SMART GOALS Empty SMART GOALS

How SMART should a goal be. For example, if I have a clear goal to lose 1kg in weight in the next 60 days, is that smart enough. Or do I have to break it down further into smaller chunks - like an actual plan. Example, dietary and exercise details.
